iSimangaliso Wetland Park Internal Rule 01/2012: Regulation of Personal Water Craft within the iSimangaliso Wetland Park

To regulate the use of Personal Water Craft (PWC) within the iSimangaliso Wetland Park to:

Uphold the intrinsic values of the World Heritage Site
To prevent/mitigate against negatively impacting on the areas sensitive and complex ecosystems.
To prevent/mitigate negative impacts on the areas physical landscape.
To ensure the activity does not infringe negatively on the experience of other user groups.
To ensure the personal safety of all user groups and staff within the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park.
